I am an experienced ACAS accredited workplace mediator; and registered with the Civil Mediation Council as a workplace mediator.
The beauty and power of mediation is that the solutions to the workplace conflict are designed by the participants themselves, facilitated by me. In effect, it is a ‘moral contract ‘agreed by the participants.
